How do I charge it?

It is Type-C rechargeable. Simply use the included USB-C cable to charge it via a laptop, power bank, or wall adapter.
How long does the battery last?

On low-pressure mode, RINZELL lasts approximately 80–100 minutes.
On high-pressure mode, it lasts around 30–50 minutes.

Actual usage time may vary depending on usage and conditions.
What is the water capacity of the RINZELL Electric Portable Bidet?

RINZELL holds up to 265ml of water — designed to be compact while providing enough for a complete clean.
Is it allowed in carry-on luggage?

Yes. It is a personal care device and is generally allowed in carry-on luggage.

We recommend emptying any water before flying to comply with airline liquid regulations.
