We faced the same problem again and again while traveling.
And instead of lowering our standards, we decided to fix it.

That’s how RINZELL was born.

Meet the Founder

RINZELL was founded by Scott and Jingshan after facing a simple but frustrating reality while working in the U.S. — no bidets, no water, just toilet paper.

Coming from a background where using water is a standard part of personal hygiene, being forced to rely only on toilet paper felt uncomfortable, inconvenient, and honestly… not right.

That’s where the idea started.

After trying everything from manual bottles to portable bidets, none of them worked the way they should.

Too weak. Too bulky. Not built for real use.

So we fixed it.

RINZELL comes from the word “rinse.”

Because if you need water at home, you need it everywhere.
